At Vidharbha 1800 Organic Gold Agro Solution, we take immense pride in the quality of our organic products β including Channa Dal, Chia Seeds, Cow Ghee, Rice, Turmeric, Wheat, and other agro exports. Since we deal with perishable and consumable goods, we have a transparent and fair return & refund policy. Please read the following terms carefully before placing an order.
β Quick Note: Because of the nature of organic agricultural products (food items, spices, ghee, grains), we do not accept returns for change of mind or minor preference differences. However, we fully stand behind product quality and will resolve any genuine issues such as damage, defect, or incorrect shipment.
1. Return Eligibility (When we accept returns)
We accept returns and provide refunds or replacements only under the following circumstances:
- Damaged or spoiled products: If your order arrives with physical damage, leakage (in case of ghee or liquid items), or visible spoilage due to transit.
- Incorrect item shipped: You received a different product than what you ordered (e.g., ordered Turmeric but received Wheat).
- Quantity mismatch: Missing quantity or weight discrepancy beyond acceptable tolerance.
- Product quality failure: The organic product does not meet the agreed specifications (e.g., rancid ghee, mold in grains, or substandard organic certification).
For any of the above, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Returns are not applicable after 7 days.
2. Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions
Due to hygiene, food safety, and export regulations, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Products that have been opened, partially used, or tampered with (unless the defect was present before opening).
- Items purchased under special clearance, promotional sale, or "non-returnable" marked products.
- Bulk export orders that have already been shipped beyond Indian territory β for international shipments, claims must be filed within 5 days and subject to inspection.
- Change of mind, disliking taste/texture, or minor variations in color/smell natural to organic produce.
3. Refund Process & Timeline
Once your return request is approved, we will initiate a refund based on the method of payment. The refund process involves the following steps:
- Inspection: Our quality team will assess the returned product (photos/video evidence may be required for remote assessment).
- Approval: If the claim is valid, we will notify you via email or phone.
- Refund issuance: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after approval.

Note: Shipping charges (original and return) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item).
4. How to Initiate a Return or Refund Request
To request a return or refund, please follow these simple steps:

- Provide your order number, product name, and clear photos/videos of the damage, defect, or incorrect item.
- Our customer support team will review your request and revert within 2 business days with further instructions (return address, pickup arrangement if applicable).
- Do not dispose of the original packaging until the claim is resolved.
π¦ Return Shipping: For valid claims due to our error, we bear the return shipping cost. For other eligible returns (rare cases), customer may bear shipping unless agreed otherwise. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
5. Replacement Policy
Instead of a refund, you may request a replacement for the same product (subject to stock availability). Replacements are processed faster and shipped within 5-7 business days after approval. No additional charges for replacement when the claim is valid.
6. International Orders & Export Shipments
As an export-oriented company serving clients globally, specific conditions apply:
- All international orders are final once shipped from India, except for significant quality defects verified via detailed unboxing video.
- Customs duties, taxes, and import restrictions are customer's responsibility; we are not liable for confiscated items due to local regulations.
- In case of transit damage for international consignments, the customer must provide unboxing video and damage report from the carrier within 48 hours of delivery. Refund or credit will be considered after investigation with logistics partner.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you havenβt received a refund within the mentioned timeline, please first check your bank account or contact your credit card company (it may take some time before refund is posted). If youβve done all this and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at accounts@vidharbha1800.co.in with order details.
8. Cancellation Policy
Before shipment: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours but before dispatch, cancellation may incur a 5% processing fee. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible; however, you may still return eligible items as per this policy.
Bulk orders (above βΉ50,000 or equivalent): Cancellation requests require 48-hour notice. Custom or pre-packed export orders are non-cancellable.
9. Damaged / Defective Product Resolution Process
We carefully inspect each organic consignment before dispatch. However, if you receive damaged/defective goods:
- Do not consume or use the product.
- Take clear photos showing the damage, lot number, and outer packaging.
- Send an email within 48 hours of delivery to quality@vidharbha1800.co.in with subject "DEFECTIVE ORDER #XXXX".
- Our quality assurance team will respond within 1 business day. We may request you to return the product (shipping label provided) or discard it based on local feasibility.
- After verification, either a replacement or full refund will be issued.
10. Refunds for Promotional & Discounted Purchases
If the product was purchased under a discount or bundle offer, the refund amount will be proportional to the discounted price paid. Free items included in a bundle must be returned along with the main product for a full refund; otherwise, the value of the free item may be deducted.
