All product orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices displayed on our website or quotations are subject to change without notice. Final pricing, shipping costs, and delivery timelines will be confirmed in the commercial invoice or sales contract. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, supply chain issues, or force majeure events.
Payment terms are specified per transaction. Typically, we accept bank transfers, letters of credit (L/C), or other agreed methods for international trade. Given the nature of agricultural commodities, returns are only accepted in cases of significant quality discrepancy or damage during transit (must be reported within 7 days of receipt). We may offer replacement or refund after investigation. Perishable products or custom-processed orders are non-refundable.
